 Academic First Class Degree or Equivalent Diploma from a  recognized Indian University

 The candidate must have secured admission or applied for  admission in reputable foreign
 Universities 

  Candidates in their final year of Degree/Diploma courses  are also eligible to apply provided they
  produce their  final year certificate before the prescribed date

  Government and Quasi-government Officers with good  academic record are also eligible to apply

 considered  eligible,  then the final application in the prescribed form should  be sent by the date
