Dr. Zakir Hussain Foundation has arranged a Free Diarrhea Awareness / General Health Camp "GIFT A LIFE PROGRAM - 2009" on 21st May, 2009 in Al-Hera Public School & Faiza Academy, Near Balmiki Abadi, Maulana Azad Nagar, Jamalpur Railway Crossing, Aligarh for poor people.
Prof. Ashraf Malik, Principal, J.N. Medical College, AMU and Mr. Suman Kumar, Branch Manager, SBI (Medical) Inaugurated the Camp and distributed Free ORS and Anti Diarrheal Syrups to 200 School's Children of 3 - 8 yrs. Apart from School's Children 350 poor patients were Checked-up and given free medicine, multi-vitamin, calcium and iron syrups.
Diarrehea Awareness / Prevention tips were announced throughout the Camp (from 9:30 to 1:30 p.m) and Pamphlets were distributed to aware general public.
