Today fate of 36 candidates contesting for various posts of Women’s College Students Union was sealed in the ballot boxes. The polling started at 8A.M in College Auditorium.
According to the sources only about 50% of the voters turned out to exercise their franchise. Out of 36, three are in the fray for the post of President, four for Vice-President, and two each for Secretary, Joint-Secretary and the post of Treasure.23 candidates are contesting for 8 Cabinets.
