Prof. Md. Zahid, Department of Urdu, Aligarh Muslim University has been selected vice- president of All- India University Urdu Teachers Association.

All- India University Urdu Teachers Association was constructed in a conference of Kashmir University.

Recently Kashmir University organized a Two days conference on the Present condition of Urdu in which the gathering of teachers was from different Indian universities.
