The most debatable part of once life is perhaps the part you spend as a student. After every examination and every class you discuss what to do? And what not to do? Which course is better? And many more things become your hot topic where you share your ideas and experiences. If you are a student of AMU then debate is a part of daily routines. If a student is not comfortable to face the audience there, they have lots of optional places to share his ideas. Dhaba’s of shamshad market, chungi and zahid bhai’s canteen in MM hall are the favorable hot spots where AMU students does participate and enjoy debate on their own terms and conditions. Almost all happenings of the globe become their topic. Many times they even spend whole night to discuss very silly topic like ABDULLAH, AND AMIR-E-NISHAN.

Except some cases all goes well, if we include few more points in such debates it will certainly regarded as a debate with no comparison.

The wisest advice to person considering debate as an activity is “participate”. In my opinion hour for hour this spent debating is greater than any other activity available to the typical student. In addition to academic benefits to potential participants should be alerted to the life long friendship they will develop, the opportunity to associate with competitive creative and bright young people, as well as the favorable view of the activity taken by potential employers.
Your teatime discussion hardly matters to the policy makers of your country or somewhere else, but your debating time modules you; your behavior and it also enrich your thoughts to see things with different angles.

A debate is very much similar to a game, where two or more speakers carry the ball opposite to their opponent. Speakers present their augments intent or persuading one another. Many times a unhealthy debate leads to quarrel between the parties, it simply shows those that people are more eager to win than learn from the discussions. Only a good listener can be a good debater, so listen patiently the views of the people and when they complete with their points then start sharing what you have to prove. Be concise with your points. Don’t go in the back ground because a judge in a parliamentary form of debate or your teatime friend has no any interest to listen things having less or no relevant to the topic.
