ALIGARH MUSLIM University (AMU) has declared its Btech entrance-test result. Pranay Sharma, Lucknow, and Divyani, Balya, are toppers amongst 19,000 participants from all over India.

Examination controller, Prof Md. Irfan, told that branch wise admission process would be starting from July 8 to July 10. Admission window at the ’Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology’ will be opened for Btech computer, electronic and petrochemical on July 8, 2008, for mechanical and chemical  streams, the date would be July 9, 2008 and electricals and civil on July 10, 2008. Time of admission will be 9am to 5pm.

Admission process will be complete at the office of the dean, faculty of engineering and technology. Candidates are required to bring their original certificates at the admission window. Date and time of the admission process will not change.

Candidates from waiting list ’Chance Memo’ are said to report on July 11, 2008 at the same office of the dean, faculty of engineering and technology from 3pm to 6pm.
