Even after a week the police and the STF investigating the murder of Kausar are not in a position to firmly say even the reason of the murder. The father, brother and nine other relatives of Kausar arrived Aligarh and met the Vice Chancellor and the SSP, Aligarh.

They also visited the place where the incident took place and the visited the room in NT Hall and met the room partners. Everyone who met them could clearly read the grief of loosing the son on their faces. They also visited the Chemical Engineering Department.

In his meeting with the VC his father expressed his anguish over the situation in which his son was killed. In his meeting with SSP he urged him to complete the procedure as early as possible so that CBI inquiry begins. He promised all cooperation needed during the investigation.
