A thief trying to takeaway the bike from Maulana Azad Library, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) stand was caught red handed. He was taken by the students of Sir Sulaiman Hall(15 JK Hostel) in the Hall and was given a nice thrashing. Later Proctor Office was informed about the incident and a team led by Dr. Hassan Imam Deputy Proctor reached the spot to handle the situation.
The boy caught identifies himself as Imran a resident of Dhorra. He informed that his other friends have escaped from the spot.
