Students of Sir Sulaiman Hall yesterday made an angry protest when some insect was found in the rice served. The students said that even after repeated reminder to the concerned authority regarding the quality and hygiene of the food they showed no effort to improve it.

The angry students threw the food away and tried to contact the Provost but unfortunately the Provost was not at his residence and this raged the students more. The matter was settled only after the intervention of Nafees Ahmad, President AMUSU. He assured the students that he would talk to the authority and try to solve the problem.
