MBA students of Jamia organized cultural fest for the very first time in the history of this department.The four-year-old department tries hard to be recognized in the corporate world. The department of business management Jamia has invited many colleges of Delhi in this fest and also organized many events like debate and singing competition. The sole motive of such events is to give a platform where they can show their hidden talents.

 Jamia has a cultural committee, which is in dormant state since a very long time. The adviser of the cultural committee has no any experience in cultural activities. The adviser never gives responsibility to the active students. Holding a good post in cultural committee depends on how much you are known to the adviser. This pathetic condition of the cultural committee could not organize even inter department competition in the previous session; the situation is not different in the current session too.

So the initiative taken by the management department is highly appreciable. The other management department like MIB should follow the path of MBA department. So that the can give stiff competition in the growing market.
