Sri Somnath Chatarjee Speaker Lok Sabha visited AMU to deliver the Dr. Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Lecture on ‘Law and Society’ in Kennedy Auditorium.

Speaking on the occasion Sri Chatarjee paid his tribute to Dr. Ambedkar and reminded the audience of his contribution n framing the Constitution. He also said that it’s high time when we need to learn the art of coexistence. He insisted that secularism is one of the pillars of our national unity and we need to strengthen it.

The function was presided by Naseem Ahmad, V.C AMU. Prof. Faizan Mustafa delivered the vote of thanks followed by University Tarana and National Anthem.
