Areas of corruption in A.M.U. - 2007/04/29 06:20
Assalamo Alaikum
In my opinion there are following areas where there curruption and nepotism in A.M.U.
1.Admission in professional cources.
2.Appointments.
3.Contract for Constrution.
4.Promotion of post.
5.University Property.
The above areas are now making university a palce of corruption and paralyzing the administartion of university.
1 .In all the professional cources there should be both objective and written test.CBSE also introduses this in medical to eleminate the corrution.
2 .a}The appointments should be make through a panel of expert comprising on the leading intelletual of muslim community.There should a panel for every session.after end of the session panel term should be ended.B} There should be a class teaching demonstartion before the panel and the topper of the students.C}There should be some prefences to the toppers and well published work of students.
3.A}In term of contact for construction there should a group of srudents from different brach of engineering under leadership of a teacher a they should be given charge to complete the assigned work.These studetns will get work experience and an opprtunity to serve the alma mater.they should be given some stippened so they can continue their study and work.B}The private contactship should be minimised.C} In term of tender for contract there should be an open meeting for all the contract having a certain fixed amount.D} There must be compulsory provision use of old building materials in newd construction where they could fit.see how many places have old brick building that having no use.The brick can be used for road costruction,toilets ets.but they are without use why?Have not we see that how our beloved founder even used a useless peice of shoe leather to establish this university.
4.In term of promotion of post there must be merit not the seniority.The more work the more position and more gradtion of the post.In A.M.U.around fourty % politics moves around the possibility of promoton.
5.This property that was strenth of the university long term planning now became the main source of trouble.The authority of the university should bring a complete deatails of the university including the cases in the court regarding property disput to the students community in the form of hand pampalete.so if any person will try to sell or do any thing wrong with the university property ,students can look this matter.after evry five years theis hand manual should be updated.
I hope that all well wisher will comeout to uproot the corruption and nepotism from the university.otherwise we will face the same fate like mughal when they let the corruption and nepotism come to mughal court which led this 400 ruling dynasty to crumble like sand fort.
